Review of Layershift.com by James
I couldnt disagree more. Since moving to layershift their service is second to none. Emails are responded to within an hour, normally within 10 mins. When ever you have a tech suppport request they will not only help you out but also let you know how to fix the problem yourself in the future if you wish. Last time I contacted them was on Sunday night at 8pm. By 9m the problem had been fixed and my site was back online. This wasnt their problem, no not at all. It was problems with a Joomla install. The tech guys really really know their stuff! I signed up for a VPS package after previously being with a shared host. The speed is excellent. No down time. And again, support second to none. I would advise anyone to try them out and. Dont believe me, seach around yourself on hosting forums. NOT affilate web reviews..... Go into RESPECTED forums and hear what real people think.

Service has been discontinued without previous notice. Support don't answer.
Review of Webfusion.com by Bob Fenton
Our Web Fusion VPS went offline last week. At the time of writing (7 days later) it is still offline. We have used Web Fusion for the past couple of years and this was the first major problem we have encountered. My experience has shown up some major problems with the Web Fusion support. Firstly, the on line ticketing system is OK for simple problems that can rectified immediately. However, if they reply asking for mor information, your response goes to the bottom of the queue. Secondly, if you call the support number you have to deal with the person who picks up the call. This means that there is no continuity and you will end up explaining the problem over and over again. Thirdly, when things are taking too long to be resolved, there is absolutely no mechanism for escalating the problem into the management structure. Lastly, although the support is 24/7, don't expect anything other than relatively simple queries to be handled outside normal office hours. I have had a very frustrating week with my most recent problem but I have tried to be objective. I would definitely not recommend this provider but I'm not sure that any of the low cost providers are much better. Finally, be aware that there is no SLA attached to their VPS configurations so if it fails there can be no claims for downtime.
Review of Weebly.com by Rod
I must be one of the few not having a problem with Weebly. Other than some minor error messages, I have had no problem whatsoever creating and maintaining a web site. Granted I have not updated to Pro and I use Weebly as a domain. I cannot speak for their support system as I haven't really has a problem other than search engines. Pictures always upload very fast, I can move them around and rearrange them with no issues. I can change, delete and add pics with-out being asked to upgrade and my computer has never locked up or even run slow. I am quite satisfied with them so far. This is my website: twincitycruisers.weebly.com

Review of Webintellects.com by Anastasiya Feduleeva
Once I sign up for the new web host I always think about the possibility to move somewhere else after this one. But it seems that webhost giant is the one I would stick with and use for ages. I haven’t had any problem with their services for about 1.5 months. That is fantastic. I have had some problems with my previous providers and I was told that everything ok and that is ordinary downtime, now I do not remember If have had even one problem with webintellects.com. Always courteous stuff helps you. I suppose this review would be the kind of “Thank you” for this 10/10 host. Don’t think I need more or something new.
Review of Santrex.net by Antony
I am not very long time costomer of santrex but I am compeletly satisfied with the sevrice quality and quantity they provide. I host a small static site at one fo their american server and really glad being charged that cheap and recieving good support. I think it is a fair company, which corresponds the offered specs and price. The uptime is above average, and surely better than man can find for the same price. I also like their content freedom and the ability to host most of the applications and CMS. This company can be recommended.
Review of Hostingrevolution.com by John Clark
I must say that it is the absolute most horrid excuse for a company I`ve ever had the misfortune to bump into. I really think some kids got a reseller account and are trying to learn how to be grownups. I signed up for the hosting service to setup an estore, blog, or whatever. The domain I listed on the signup page was parked on Sedo and listed for sale. They wanted to know about what it was used for and why it was on Sedo. I was curious about why it mattered and I told them that it was parked on Sedo until I updated the nameservers. Something that happens 1,000's of times a day so nothing out the ordinary there. I also stated that if I wanted to sell it then that was my business. I have around 100 domains and what I do with them is nobody's business but my own. I have the right to park them or utilize them or sell them without explaining myself to self-appointed little gods. Can you believe the nerve of these people? "What kind of website is it?" was also one of their questions. I didn't answer that as that would imply that I had already decided whether I wanted hosting space for a blog, or a catalog, or an e-commerce site. Maybe I just wanted to rent some storage space. Again, that would be my business. If I was to violate some Tos then it would become their business, not beforehand. I believe in the concept of innocent until proven guilty. Not the reverse. I told them that my parents died years ago and I was not looking for replacements. I also stated that if their was a problem then they needed to refund my money. I guess I hurt their feelings when I told them to keep their nose out of my business. They must be used to people who fall all over themselves to "comply" with whatever. I personally have no problem telling someone to butt out. I would be happy to post their "support" emails to verify everything I stated is 100% true. If you had a better experience then congrats to you. Doesn't change the fact that I Believe they are the absolute most horrid excuse for a company I`ve ever had the misfortune to bump into.
Review of X10hosting.com by M689
They lost 100% of my data. You can guess my impression. Here is their only communication: Hi, The servers finished transferring yesterday or the day before, but unfortunately some accounts didn't get transferred over at all and it looks like your account was one of those which didn't get transferred at all. The old server was taken off by the DataCenter, so we are left with nothing to restore the backups from. The only solution that is now available is creating a new account and restoring any local backup that you might have. I apologize for the inconvenience caused and hope you understand. ----------------------- Syed Administrator http://x10hosting.com Phone #: 1-888-X10-9668 -> Ext: 709 (Give your Ticket ID)
