| My experience is exactly as above. After years of so-so service at good prices, just a brick wall. Wonky and illogical due payment notifications, dead support, no matter how many tickets. I can't even access my cPanel for maintenance and they won't even react! I feel trapped. I need to get out of this crappy hosting ASAP. |

| Agree with John stay away from this company! Their promises regarding the service is horrible. The servers are not upgradable and if you need to upgrade plans on your server they force you to repurchase another package with another annual fee. Then once your package is over they need you to fill in a form to cancel instead of automatically cancellation. If you are late cancelling the package they force you to pay additional money. There 24 hrs technical support is not 24 hrs. Never have anyone to answer the calls. |

| This hosting company is not trustable, last week they stopped my service without letting us know , when I called we have to upgrade to $24.9/month level. And they are not planning to refund us after we cancel the service. Account canceled but have to stay for 30 days? What a company! |

| I have also been with BizhostNet for couple of years and support has deteriorated. They take days to respond to support tickets and it is impossible to get through on the phone. They seem to have issues solving the simple issues. |

| Their pricing/feature packages are competitive and they offer business and vps packages as well. Gigapros is decent as long as you don't need anything too complex handled by support. They have really friendly and kind staff who is always there for all the customers! Good uptime, great informative support, highest packages usability due to large number of useful features absent at the other providers, upgraded cPanel control panel. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone else. |
