007names Staff Answers Our Questions! |
What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
Our moneyback guarantees apply to new accounts and during the first 30 days if you are not happy with our services.
What is your average uptime?
We have been providing hosting services since 1996 and our uptime is like 99.9% average. Please view some of the comments from our customers at https://www.007names.com/testimonials.jsp. You may contact them for references.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We answer email constantly and you may call us anytime if you have problems including the weekends. We do provide design services but we have to take the whole project. If you do not contract us for design, we do not provide support for the issues that are related to web contents unless it is a very small issue. You may want to use our free SiteBuilder, except the $5 onetime setup fee, to create your contents.

I have been trying to transfer my domain name for 2.5 years. This morning, all of my emails have been deleted. Not available except banker's hours. Will not give me accurate Authorization information.

Been trying to get my domain out of the account again this year and guess what more problems with them. I have called multiple times and sent emails to support and still nothing. They want me to renew at their Higher prices before I transfer the domain out to another registrar. Stop trying to hijack my domain name.

I like them because you can call and someone answers the phone with no hype. I've had no problems with them, but only use their registration services. I called at the very last minute to renew. They did it for me over the phone. I have the feeling they are small, I don't know for sure. They are willing to help with personalized service if you ask for it.

Are holding my domain ransom even withing the 30 day grace period. Ms. Lin lied to me about being able to get my domain back only after i threatened legal action she changed her mind now that i have jumped through all of the hoops that they wanted and paid them the money the still wont reinstat the domain. DO not do business with 007names.com also look at their at the fraud website they someone else put up to verify my claims.
