00freehost.com looks like an old-school website that was never updated after creation in early 2003. Site's layout doesn't look very promising and navigation is pretty hard to understand. Google ads, various forms and links to other resources make whole layout to look unprofessional and overloaded.
However, they are focused on free web hosting services and their packages don't look very bad. Each user gets 100 MB of free space, FTP access and some other standard features, but they will force ads on your pages. It means your visitors will see forced pop-up windows or banners (may may choose between these options yourself).
Support section is pretty good (compared to other free hosting providers) and contains most of important questions regarding hosting issues. Registration form requires many details (from birth date to gender), but signup was easy and you may access your site immediately after registration.

To administer your site simply go to the main page at 00freehost.com
and type in your sitename (xxx.00freehost.com) and password. From
there you will be taken to your user manager where you will be able
to add counters, guest books, and other site tools to your site. You
will be able to upload files as well as copy,move,edit and delete
files within your site. There will be comprehensive help information
provided in the user manager to help beginners get your site up and
running as quickly as possible.
