What is your average uptime?
Average Uptime is 99.9% maybe this is the millionth time you hear this but in 7 years we have only had two mayor outage problems caused in part of busy hurrican seasons when our servers were located in Florida. Now our servers are located in San Antonio, TX and Virginia with all servers having another server as redudancy in the other datacenter. There is no status page showing server status right now.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
Right now we are working on our website’s re-design and live support is not available, we offer right now email and phone support is needed for hardware failure and power outages (in the case they happen) but none of them has happen in the last 4 years. Our average response time is 4 hours for sales questions 1-2 hours for technical support.
