100webspace.com offers many great features when compared to other free hosting providers. Their free package allows users to host single domain (and create 5 subdomains), supports PHP and MySQL, POP3 email, FTP access, and more, but forced ads will be displayed on your website.
After filling out simple registration form, you will receive activation email and will be able to log on to your web hosting control panel instantly. Hosting control panel is very easy to use (cPanel like) and allows you to manage all the options from single place. The only negative thing - 100webspace.com offers POP3 email access, but has no SMTP server, so you will not be able to send emails from their servers directly. However, their package still has many other great options and it's one of better free hosting providers we found.

EMAIL information:
To create emails please login to the Control Panel and click 'E-mail Manager'.
There you can see the mail server (incoming and outgoing) that you have to use.
IMPORTANT - the SMTP server requires login and password. In Outlook select 'My server
requires authentication'. In other email clients this option has a different name.
SMTP is not available for free hosting accounts.

| First of all: 250 Mb of Webspace is unacceptable nowadays! I have free + no banner with several "off-lines" - may be causality, that I was trying to connect just that moment, but as they do not give me access to the log - because of paying only the "free + no banner-account" - I can't say exactly, whats going on! Until summer they had the old PHP4 version, so for a year or so, I couldn't use the actual WordPress installation (but the version was in their installation scripts) so I asked them about that (as several times before) and suddenly it was possible to upgrade - but what a disaster - up to 3 days off-line!, because they had problems with database migration - issue that I fulfilled in minutes on my test-server at home! So I will/must change in the next possible moment. :G.Rü |

| I have three paid for domains. Was given 24 hours notice of major server activity which involved relocation of data services to new datacenter. Initial notice stated minimal disruption for 7 days. I lost email and website for days and on day 15 I am still suffering mail and website outages on all of my accounts. The responses to support are polite but entirely ineffective. I would move my accounts in a heartbeat if I had time to do this. Following my experience I would never advise anyone to use their services and aim to move mine as soon as I get the time to do relocate my data. |

| Hi, The mail box is not refreshing automatically when we set it up for 3mins in settings. Please have a look and make necessary changes. The problem is now i am refreshing in every 5 or 10mins to check for New Mails. Thanks Sunil. |

| I had no problems signing up. However their server was down for 3 days for upgrades. I had trouble setting up my web page and went looking for their tech support. I couldn't access that. I had to login and when I tried to I got the message that my user name did not exist. I am looking for a new host. |

| I am a 100webspace client. I am totally satisfied with them and I think that they offer a good value. I started with a free + no banners account with them. I upgraded to a business account because I wanted to host more domains and needed SMTP access. It is an affordable service, but most importantly, their packages are set in a way such that you just pay for what you need. One drawback, it would be nice of them to support Ruby on rails. |
