| Hey folks, here's something that may help you if you had a Domain Name with 250free. You Domain Name is with enom.com Their number is: 425-274-4500 Their some nice folks and can walk you through the process of getting your Domain Name back and you can then redirect its pointer to a new site. Hope this helps someone. |

| I'm going to try to give them the benefit of the doubt this time around, and assume that they decided to take the holiday period off, and a power failure hit shortly after their departure. A bit disappointing that they wouldn't, y'know, have at least one person keep an eye on things throughout, to make sure the service was still there, but whatever... if the site comes back up this week, then I'll be satisfied for a while (but I'll still be considering my options). If it's not back up by the end of the week, though... then I'm definitely done with them. |

| I am also a paying user of 250free. I have been (again) unable to get into the site and therefore unable to reach Customer Support to find out what's going on THIS time. If I can't get in, than my staff is also without the support they need for their jobs (e.g., work schedules). Though I just renewed my account, I am through...through...through. I am rebuilding my site somewhere else. |

| Well, like everyone else, I am extremely disapointed with 250free. This happened once before but again they were back up in a short time.However, as before, no one answered the phone or had anything to say about being down. It's not the money, but it is the files I have stored there..as another poster said...1000 files etc..pic ram's wavs etc and on and on! Ii've lost there phone number, but I think I can find it again..if not, maybe someone here would post it for us. Thank's! -=Lon=- |

| I joined 250free in '03 after a bad experience with another host. After that "storage array" fiasco a few years ago, I pulled out my files and found another host. That time 250free was offline more than a week. Well, it's more than a week now, and no emails from Brian, no alternative way to communicate with his customers. I stopped my Platinum account last year due to scanty customer service and too much down time. Even my present host dances rings around 250free, and it's a one-man operation! |

| UPDATE: After reading all the previous reveiws about 250free and lack of reliabilty, courteousness, lack of good business, etc., why everyone here is still with 250free. Why not just pack up your bags, say good-bye to 250free and get another host server. Granted, some of you will lose money, BUT, think of all the money 250free will lose if they no longer have any customers. They will gradually go out of business, and the money I lose will be well spent if that happens! I have been with my new host provider since 12/27/2010 and so far the service is fantastic, unlike 250free when I first started with them. If you would like to know who my new host provider is, ask, I will tell. |

| Uptime: none Support: none Speed: was fine I have been a customer of 250free since 4/2009 and I have had problems with it off and on since joining. The most recent problem started 12/2010 when I was unable to access my website. Not being able to access 250free also meant that there was no support available, along with not being able to sent an email to support@250free. Finally, thoroughly disgusted with 250free, I found another host server and I am finally stress free of 250free! |
