What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
We do offer a money-back guarantee, if the service we provide is not applicable to service requested during the order process.
However, we do not foresee the need for a refund, as our support team will work with you to ensure all of your server requirements are known before setup on your order begins. If at anytime you become dissatisfied with our service provided, please let us know, we do not force our clients into any long term requirements.
What is your average uptime?
We average 100% uptime, and we have maintained 100% uptime for the past 19 months. We maintain our 100% uptime by owning our own datacenter and continue to add redundancies to reduce the risk of our clients experiencing downtime and the potential for lost revenue.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We have a dedicated support team that is available 24/7 for server support. When a support ticket is received an automated notice is sent to our support team’s pager/phone to alert them of a support need. Our response time will vary depending on the type of support needed. Any emergency support ticket receives immediate priority with our team.
Uncommon among hosting providers, we have a web development partner, WebElite, in-house who is able to provide website development assistance as well. Depending on the web development assistance needed an extra fee may apply. Any support for our hosting products available is always free-of-charge.

AbleTeam/HardDrive Hotel is quite unique when it comes to hosting providers. As I mentioned, we have a web developer partner in-house, which allows our clients the opportunities to expand their web presence by have the ability to add custom built web programs, widgets, etc to their web services. By having a web developer in-house they are also very comfortable working with our servers, thus avoiding the “trial and error” phase of learning what programs will work on your server space.
