What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We offer support via email or our contact form - due to the technical nature of our business we find that support is much better provided in writing to avoid confusion and also so our customers can re-read instructions etc. We answer all enquiries within 24 hours (but usually much less). We don't offer any support for website design/building as this is outside the scope of hosting, but we do offer full support for any issues or questions relating to our hosting.
