| Seriously? The customer support here makes overseas call centers look like saints. The support here treats you like *you* are inconveniencing them. When I reconfirm information on the phone, they treat me like I am an idiot! I work with multiple hosting companies, this one is the worst! Why do they have a separate company for domain management? All modern hosting companies have integrated management screens for clients. Just surf their website, if you have any web design sense, you can see the idiocy. Avoid at all costs. F- |

| I PLAIN ENGLISH - I HAVE HAD IT WITH AIT. ALL COMMENTS THAT ARE LISTED ARE 100% TRUE. 99.9% UPTIME IS A JOKE, HAVE BEEN CALLING THE SINCE 5:00AM EST THIS MORNING, NOTHING - NOBODY ATTENDS THE PHONES, EVEN THEIR PAGE IS DOWN. BEING IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY WE DEPEND ON EMAILS, SO OUR COMPANY IS AT STANDSTILL - I DECIDED TO MOVE AFTER MORE THAN 10 YEARS. MY RECOMMENDATIONS TO AIT - CLOSE SHOP AND GET OUT OF THE BUSINESS! |

| I too have had it as I have been their customer for over 8 years. Their downtime and no answers are killing me and my business. We get sales orders via email and when we are down we miss and have orders delayed. We have to move to someone more reliable. The last 6 months has been terrible! |

| Ait.com has been mucking my em ail since 4 days. Now all ait.com is unreachable. I called them And amazingly enough somebody answered the phone. To make a long story short I now know that AIT regrets any imconvenience caused to me. Not just morons, but incompetent morons. Beeen their customer for over 10 years but now I've had it. |

| I can confirm that they are doing really bad the last few months. Downtimes that take more than a day, no information whatsoever when you call, moving my server and IP etc. I decided to look for another provider, because this is not what you want. |

| AIT used to be a great hosting provider - but I'm not sure what happened to them the last few months. Their uptime has been horrible - and their support response is even worse. I finally (after almost 10 years) switched to someone else. They took 4 days to get me SSH access - and moved my server without notice wiping out all of my MySQL databases. They took 3 days to recover them - during which my sites were all down. I wouldn't recommend them at this point. |
