| We used to have a MoveableType blogging server account with AQHost, and at first it was fine. But then we started having problems with posting new blogs -- and a consultant we hired said it was because AQHost had not updated to the latest version of the blogging software. We then tried to cancel our account -- we paid quarterly -- and they would not refund our money. In fact, they just charged our credit card again -- even though we have not had any domains hosted bv them for months. Horrible customer service -- they never respond -- and rip-off artists because they have not credited back the money they owe us. |

| In more than 6 years of using AQHost for my clients' accounts for about a dozen low-traffic websites I've never had any problems with their service. Support is very responsive and knowledgeable. I have recommended them numerous times! |
