| I have been unable to access the control panel as well as arkwebs site. Everyone is not able to access my site. And I can't seem to contact anyone. I have had several help tickets that haven't been responded to. My church has had arkwebs for years as a host. The support and uptime sucks. I am assuming because there is a change with who's running the company. |

| I started with Arkwebs when Debbie Francis was running the company. After she left, it went gone downhill. Our email has been down for weeks and we cannot get in touch with anyone. David Campbell is very rude and unreliable. This is the worst company. We are looking to move to another webhost. |

| We were also with arkwebs when you could call and talk to Debbie. Now there is no phone number, and they don't reply to email inquiries. Our church was without email for 8 days and not a word from David on the status until it was fixed. I gave David a chance to tell me why we should continue with his company, and his reply was "You are welcome to host where ever you please." We are now in the process of moving to a new hosting company. So much for trying to help the Christian business. |

| I live in Sweden and joined Arkwebs in the days of Debbie but I have found the exact same problem with Arkwebs as Paster David.Debbie as a person who I could communicate with and that is important. Now because of the instability and the connection problems I a getting I am considering changing my Host. If you read this David Campbell please tell me something good ! |

| I began my relationship with Arkwebs in 2007. At that time you could actually speak to somebody on the phone and I was very pleased with the service. The contact person was Debbie Francis, a delightful lady who was ever ready to give support when needed. However, something happened to Arkwebs a couple of years later. Debbie disappeared and David Campbell took her place. Since then the sitebuilder that we started with was sold and we were left high and dry to rebuild our site from scratch. David Campbell was unsympathetic and offered no help - quite a contrast with Debbie who we started with. Since then I have attempted to communicate with David Campbell on several occasions but he seems to be cloistered away and protected from the intrusion of any clients. I know that all who are hosted with Arkwebs share my frustration with David Campbell's inaccessability - particularly those who were with Arkwebs in the early days when Debbie was running it. I would like to know how many of the early clients have moved on to other hosts. It is a true shame that a Christian business shows less integrity than the many secular hosts that are available on the web. Prior to David Campbell's takeover of Arkwebs I would have highly recommended them; but now I suggest that it would be prudent to look elsewhere for your web hosting.
