| Site went down without explanation, tried to contact tech support but nobody was there over the weekend who could explain the problem to us. We waited but received no word. I calmly contacted support only to be handed off to another individual who couldn't explain the problem but proceeded to get irate with me. I remained calm the entire time, so the attitude from their side was astounding. Nothing was explained or fixed. We will be moving to another host. Bottom line: Not worth the hassle. but then again, we have yet to find anything decent when it comes to inexpensive hosting... Unfortunately you get what you pay for. Perhaps it is worth it to purchase quality support and hosting elsewhere. |

| I've been a client of B2 Net Solutions for sometime now and things have been going really well. I bought my first Dedicated Server with the Company back in 2008 and been a client expanding on there network since then. The delivery time is within 24 hours per dedicated server that I get -- I have 4 right now. All four up within that 24 hour time frame as well. I haven't had an outage yet, and the response time on trouble shooting any questions or requests are very quick. Thumbs up to B2 Net Solutions! |

| Don't know if this is typical, but our company changed to B2Net Solutions about a month ago. Originally, our dedicated server was scheduled to be up on a Monday by Noon. Then it got pushed back to Tuesday, then Thursday, and finally was live on Friday. They fed us a line about the shipping carrier delaying the box for our server. We bought it so continued our service with them. A few days later our sites went down, and stayed down for almost 5 days! Again they blamed it on another company, one of their affiliates. We, very ignorant of us I might add, stayed with them after this as well. I get to work this morning, get my email, go to check a section of one of our sites that I have been working on, and lo and behold we are down again. This time they have called it a hard disk failure, and have told us about 4 different stories. Update: well now I have to upload over 30 GB of data to the new operating system and hard drives. Phenomenal!! |
