| tienen un servicio al cliente terrible.. que cosas de gravedad duran hasta 12 horas para responderte.. y hasta una semana para solucionar cosas... en especial Wilson Baez hace un servicio al cliente pésimo... no tienen ningún sistema de reportar un servicio al cliente mal hecho ni mucho menos un numero de teléfono para servicio .. malisimo plan. |

| I order a dedicated server and i get it in 6 hours, also they answer me pretty fast even that i order a unmanage server they help me out for have DNS and all setup in my cpanel also they migrate from my previews server for free. |

| They take for ever to respond to support tickets. I ordered a dedicated server 4 days ago and I'm still waiting for it to be ready. The second day I wrote a ticket asking how long would it take. I received a response one day later saying it would take 24 hours. Today I wrote 2 more tickets, still no response. What kind of customer service is this? |

| I wouldn't recommend this web host. Has too many limitations in their UNLIMITED packages. When one of my websites started to get visits a few minutes after the website just wouldn't load and in the cpanel the limited my resources. |
