What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
We don't charge for partial months or for the first 7 days of hosting. It lets you get the site up and tested before having to pay anything. If you end up canceling hosting we will credit back any months you have not fully used.
What is your average uptime?

What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We don't directly support web design aspects. We do help in technical issues of getting the site working. We have phone support 8am-7pm on weekdays and email support outside of those hours. The hosting servers are monitored 24/7. Email response is fastest during the phone support hours and the phones don't have a wait time.
Do you have any coupons or discounts?
We offer volume discounts on webhosting. The more accounts you have the less it costs. and our hosting billing can be done quarterly or yearly for a 10% and 15% discount respectively.
