What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We provide basic support...we will support keeping the server secure and up and will help with any pre-installed softwares. We do not do web-development (sorry). Support response depends on priority and support queue load, but you should have someone working on your issue with 15-45 minutes on average.

| They rejected me without even explaining why they didn't want to give me hosting. They simply said: "We decided not to give you service this time," I asked them why and they ignored me. This is incredibly rude from such a "reliable" company. |

| Constant downtime without warning. Horrible technical support that took up to TWO DAYS to answer a "Critical" ticket. Noncommunicative server staff who are all-too-willing to shut down accounts for problems without contacting the customer first. Horrible |

| 30 days ago they're account was suspended and there is no way to contact them. They seem to be out of business!! If they are not, explain whats up!!! Money back is not real !!!!! This is very Bad. Warning!!! This is fraud host. Paid for 1 year But I can used for 3 month. |
