What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
Our costs have 2 components – a monthly fee and a one time startup fee. The monthly fee is typically month to month with no long term contract. If you are not satisfied you are free to stop service whenever you wish. We of course hope that never happens. The one time startup fee is the labor/effort to do the programming to integrate Beanbasket into your web site. That fee is not refundable as we have expended the effort at your request. However, before we even start, so that you are completely comfortable with the project, we write up all the details of how your site will look and how things will work in a detailed Statement of Work for your approval before you spend one penny. We will cover every aspect of every item on every page. You will to know that we absolutely understand exactly what you want. You then have ultimate control to hold us accountable so that we deliver it that way.
What is your average uptime?
Average uptime is 99.99%. I recognize that you are feeling some pain currently so I understand your sensitivity. I would be happy to provide multiple references that can attest to our uptime performance.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
Standard support is included with your plan. You may call us, email us, use the live chat tool, or directly enter a support ticket (which is ultimately how all issues are logged and tracked). Average response time would vary and we definitely pay attention to the seriousness of the issues so that critical issues would get priority over routine requests. We are available 8am to 5pm and after that 24 by 7 via pager for serious issues. All systems are electronically monitored and will trigger the pager so we will know of any issues probably before any customer would.
Do you have any coupons or discounts?
We do not have a coupon or discount program and all features in the system are available to all customers at the same time.
What else can you tell about your company and services?
I can tell you a lot – certainly much more that I would want to write in an email. However before we start I would like to know much more about your operation to make sure that we are a good fit. | Horrible company. I paid them to create a custom made shopping website. I discussed certain capabilities I needed for the site, only to find out later that the things they can do are very limited and they wanted to charge 3 times what they initially specified for their work. Stay away from these scam artists! |
