| I have used BeHosting since 2003. Until recently I have been very pleased with the prompt service. At the end of 2012 I had a problem that took a few days to be resolved-- and I heard nothing during that time. Since I used to get instant responses from the owner (and even a couple custom-made instructional videos for me) I was quite surprised. It is now January 2013 and I've had an issue that has not received a response for over 48 hours. Five hours ago both of my websites AND Behosting's site went down. Of course that means I can't send or receive email either. All as I can think of is either (a) the owner is going through a personal crisis or (b) she has moved onto something else that's become a higher priority. Regretfully, I am now considering moving my sites elsewhere. |

| Same problem here, Chris. The Behosting website hasn't been updated in a few years and most of the links are bad and many error messages when trying to submit. |

| Our web site has been down now for more than three days. our calls and emails to behosting are not returned. We are EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this lack of support. If anyone knows of a better way to contact Behosting, please let me know. Our web site is a vital part of our business and again, this is extremely aggravating. |
