What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
We do not offer any money back guarantee but we do have a service level agreement. You may find and review all of our policies on this page, http://www.bocacom.net/policies/policies.aspx
What is your average uptime?
Unfortunately, we do not have a status page to verify uptime statistics. We do offer the 99.9% network uptime service level guarantee and we stand by that commitment.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
Bocacom dedicated servers are unmanaged, so technical support is provided for the proper functioning of the server hardware and network connectivity. We do not provide assistance in developing your website or managing any of your applications on the server.
General questions and assistance that does not require a lot of time is usually provided at no extra charge during normal office hours. Software configuration and installation support can be provided at additional charge if requested.
Do you have any coupons or discounts?
I don’t have any specific coupon or discount to offer but if you let me know the server specs you are interested in ordering I will see if there’s anything that we might be able to do. Our website is rather outdated so we have other options that are not showing on the site.
What else can you tell about your company and services?
No problem asking the questions. We run a very straightforward business. We provide stable service with capable support available if there’s a problem.
If you can tell me a little bit about your terrible experience then I might be able to provide better insight. For example, if you need someone to help you to develop your website then we probably aren’t right for you. But if you can manage running your server and applications; and just need stable hardware and network, then we’re pretty good at that ;)
