What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
We have a 30 day refund policy. There are no refunds on SSL certificates or domain names.
What is your average uptime?
99.99% probably better but considering there is 720 hours in a month it would take 7.2 hours of downtime to get to that number. Nobody has 100% uptime, there is always a little glitch here and there, and announced maintenance, but now that the Christmas shopping season is coming we don't have any extended maintenance planned until after the holidays.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
As a Zen Cart certified host we are the first responders for problems, questions about Zen Cart. We can assist with getting you over the humps with issues regarding ZC and additionally we offer design services. The phones are monitored 8am to 6pm EST, voicemail after that to which we will call you back. Our ticket system is available 24 hours a day. Response times range from a couple of minutes to an hour on average, though tickets entered from midnight to 8am will receive a delayed response. If a server goes offline we are informed by sms.

Not much else to tell, we are an experienced E-commerce host. We have built, run, fixed our own online businesses so we are familiar with not only the code in ZC but the day to day running of the carts.

| I paid monthly to these guys for two years without ever using their service. I'm 68 and medical problems got in the way. Then I tried to cancel my account and paid the last bill. They keep billing me every month. Somehow they hacked my computer to so I couldn't relegate their dunning emails to my spam folder. IMHO they are total jerks. Don't use them. |

| Terrible customer service. Was a customer with them for many years. They always made you feel as if you are a problem for you and dealt with support tickets in a slow and unprofessional manner. Their server is sluggish and they are not overly cheap. One time they updated their php version without telling me and broke my site. Then when I put a ticket in they told me it was my fault for not updating my site before this happened. After informing them that I was moving to a new host they didn't even ask why. Just gave a few word replies to my questions as usual. The only plus side is that they do know zen Cart very well. Apart from that they really need to sort their people skills out. |

| I've been with them over 4 years and their support reply time is really bad and they tend to reply with "sarcasm" instead of just answering the question. I only ever bother them when my site is down for any length of time and they've had times up to 12 hours with no updates, no answers and you're basically stuck waiting and hoping that your site eventually comes back. |

| These guys are great!! I can not say enough about their hosting and their service. I know just enough about my Zen Cart site to mess it up, and when I do the Camelot team is right their to help me get it fixed. I was with a big hosting company and was consistently put into the abyss when I needed something. |

| Host has generally been the take it or leave it type of attitude, had no problem transferring our domain, then barked at us about DNS we had setup, then did what we asked and what do you know, it worked. Anyways, their 99.99% uptime went out the door today, about 12 hours outage right now on our site. We do 20k a month, so this one day of lost revenue could have paid for much better service. We're jumping ship as soon as we can find a programmer to move us to a newer, more professional host. |
