We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If for whatever you are unhappy with our services we will refund your money, so long as you are in the 30 day time period.
What is your average uptime?
We also offer a 99.999% uptime guarantee. (See our guarantee page above.) As far as our average uptime, we are rarely done. I honestly can't think of the last time we were just down, meaning it was not a scheduled maintenance. What is your support response time and what does it cover?
Most of our accounts, see my opening paragraph, provide fully managed support. Our support staff is 24/7/365 and are available via phone and our ticket system. Our response times are fast and there is always someone available who can answer any questions and/or fix any problems.

| Many hidden costs and hidden limitations There are many hidden costs in their billing.Though they claim to provide unlimited bandwidth there are hidden limitations in RAM and cpu usage.Their support is fast to respond.They are equally fast in suspending your Account.Beware of them ! " |

| Very bad hosting, stay away. Server was always overloaded by others. My clients could never get a connection to my sever,cost me a lot of $$ for wasted advertising. Stay away, you are warned!! |

| I was in the process of moving a bulk of my sites when i get the error too many database connections. so i ask for a refund it took almost 2 weeks to process on top of that they took money out of my refund. Dont move your sites there unless you want un stable stuff. They dont protect the webmasters instead they over use the server resources. Stay far away from these guys. |
