DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Coolhandle.com. They are a nightmare and they took my money and never gave me back. I called their customer service 100 times and the only thing they said is that i have to submit a ticket and I did many times. They are ripe off. BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

I emailed this "Adam R" (mast likely a fake name) on October 4th 2012 "Confirming my Cancellation" I called and emailed various times regarding my cancellation. The operators were rude and Always said they were not in that department. I emailed that department and kept getting the same 1 of 2 messages... coolhandle.com should be taken to the Better Business Bureau for their false advertizing of the 30day money back guarantee and will be by me today. Congratulations coolhandle.com, you ripped me off for about $286.00 and I will get my money back. Email is the worst way to communicate with a customer. But that's why you chose to communicate that way, to rip people off. This is not the last you'll hear from me. I will get my money back and I'll discredit your entire process while doing it.

I signed up for 2 online business that had a 60 day trial period. I signed up on 09/07/12 & 09/10/12,$262.80 on each occasion, a total of 525.60.I sent them a request to cancel 1st on 09/14/12 and I got an email to login to their website and go to my product and click on the cancel button because that's the only cancellation request they are going to honor. I did exactly what they told me. I got an email telling me that they received the cancellation request and that "Cancellation requests are handled in the order in which they were received" So I waited, when I did'nt hear anything from them, I contacted again about the cancellation. They acted as if it's the first time I was asking for cancellation. They told to go "my product" on their web site and click the cancel button and when I explain that I was following up on the request I made on 09/14/12. I got several emails from a Adam R.and Max R. requesting I give it a little longer.I explained that I had cancelled the 2 internet programs, the reason why I had bought hosting from Coolhandle in the first place, and have no further use for their services. That I just want to completely cancel & refund of my money. I have since sent request at least 4-5 times since, I also resent every e-mail or confirmation of service tickets I have submitted twice in the last couple of weeks. On 10/12/12 Adam R. Sent me the Following email: Adam R Oct 12 (5 days ago) to me Julette, Each time you wrote us requesting cancellation of your account, we replied with detailed instructions on how to cancel account to the Terms of Service you agreed to. In each response we included this statement "DUE TO SECURITY REASONS, WE WILL NOT TERMINATE ANY SERVICE WITHOUT THE CANCELLATION FORM BEING SUBMITTED WITH THE PROPER INFORMATION. WE CANNOT ACCEPT YOUR CANCELLATION REQUEST BY ANY OTHER METHOD OTHER THAN THE CANCELLATION FORM." You did not submit the cancellation form until the 31st day of service, which is outside of the money back guarantee period. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you any full or partial refund since your account is outside of the money back guarantee period. For details about our terms of service, please visit: http://www.coolhandle.com/company/legal/terms-of-service/ Please let us know if you still would like us to terminate your account. If we do not hear back from you, we will consider that you would like to continue this service. Thank you for your understanding, Adam R. Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: CSI-443656 Department: Cancellation Priority: Low Status: Pending The following is a copy of my cancellation Request sent on 09/14/12: Existing Cancel Request: A cancellation request for the following service exists: Commission Cash Code Pro [v1] - coolelectronicsage.com was submitted on 2012-09-14 12:07:06 PST. We have received your cancellation request. Cancellation requests are handled in the order in which they were received. To follow up on your cancellation request, please respond to the original cancellation ticket. I paid up hosting for 2 years in advance and they are telling me that they will not refund the unused portion of the money I paid nor will they honor my cancellation request that was made 7 days after purchase. These people are ripping me off. They stole my money. Please help me recover my loss.

I signed up with coolhandle and paid in advance for two years - BIG MISTAKE …. I NEVER got a confirmation email and it took me more than 10 days trying different ways to actually get a support ticket opened! Every time the same story, no reply email to confirm (and I did check my spam). I’ve never had such problems with any previous hosting companies and decided to cancel it immediately, but it took me another week and six more support tickets (where Coolhandle tried to convince me NOT to cancel) to finally get the cancellation confirmed. A month later, and I still had not heard anything back or received any refund. When I checked the ticket, it had been “closed” so I re-opened it to ask why it had been closed and when I could receive a refund, but no reply… So, I still don’t know whether I will in fact get a refund. They take their time on everything – when I opened a support ticket, there is nowhere to set the priority, it sets itself on a “Low” priority, so naturally it will not be seen as urgent! There is nowhere that it allows you to re-set the priority, so you will always remain a low-priority customer if you need support. So, I will definitely NOT recommend Coolhandle to anyone. The reason they have no negative reviews out there is because everyone who wrote reviews are affiliates trying to get readers to sign up through their links! I hope more people will read this thread to see that they should think twice before signing up with Coolhandle.

It's been more than 60 days now that I have been pressing Coolhandle for a refund of my more than $200.00 dollars, but they've been giving me the run-around, just like they are doing to the others. I've followed the procedure they suggested I follow, and I've done this multiple times with the same negative result. My only recourse now is to have my lawyer take care of this atrocious scam!

This company is a load of CRAP keep clear of them. I fully endorse all the bad comments about this pile of %$%$%$%$%$%. I joined them in July and asked for refund next day. All I've had are automated emails--even had one asking me not to email too many times as it clogs them system. Keeps the directors away from the golf course I expect--shame!!! I AM STILL WAITING!!!!!!!! KEEP AWAY FROM THEM KEEP AWAY FROM THEM KEEP AWAY FROM THEM KEEP AWAY FROM THEM KEEP AWAY FROM THEM KEEP AWAY FROM THEM KEEP AWAY FROM THEM KEEP AWAY FROM THEM KEEP AWAY FROM THEM

I've been a customer of Coolhandle for 2 months now and I can say so far I've had no technical problems on my very low-demand website. that's about the only thing nice I can say about them. When I signed up, it was on a friends' recommendation, and I was given a code to put in for a $50 referral credit. supposedly, both myself and my friend were to get the credit. it was never applied to my order. I tried to talk to someone and was told they don't do billing questions except via their ticket system, so I put in a ticket. 2 weeks later, I noted the ticket had been closed without response, so i put in a reply which reopened it, asking for an explanation. It was put "On Hold". I finally inquired about it again and got a note chiding me for putting in a "duplicate ticket" which "slows down response time and prevents a prompt answer". A prompt answer would have been 2 months ago, when I put in the inquiry. asking for an update after a month of no communication is hardly an excessive amount of communication. Now the inquiry is closed again, without explanation. I am also past the window for the "moneyback guarantee" which I doubt I would have been able to get in any case. I am going to hold on until the end of my service time with them, hope their tech support isn't as bad as their billing support, and kiss the money I was promised goodbye, but I will not do it quietly. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I had excellent hosting service before with elixant, who went out of business sadly, and they recommended A Small Orange. I wish I had taken their advice. STAY AWAY FROM COOLHANDLE.

EVERYONE WHO HAS BEEN RIPPED OFF BY COOL HANDLE!!!If this company ran your card for funds not authorized by you, call your banks, alert them of this company, file a claim with your bank for a charge back. File a claim with the Better Business Bureau. After too may charge backs their account can be locked till further investigation. I tried dealing directly with Coll Handel, but was given the run around. So I did my due diligence and found out what I can do myself when a fraudulent company like this rips me off! BEWARE AND WARN OTHERS AGAINST COOLHANDLE!!

BEWARE!!! This is not a legit company!! They fraudulently ran my credit card. Darlene, whom I reached when I called 866-200-2828, told me she has no other numbers or address for this company! After insisting, she gave me the following address claiming this was the head office in Los Angeles, again no phone number. Probably not correct, but here it is: 700 W 6th St LA, CA 90017 I have just resorted to filing a suit against Cool Handle with my lawyer. Anyone looking to use this company DON'T!!!!

Do not do business with this company. I cancelled my service with them on April 25, 2012 and I am still trying to get my refund. They owe me $179 and do not communicate with you at all. They tell you to submit a ticket and only communicate through that ticket. What I found out was that every time you put an entry on the ticket it moves you to the bottom of the pile. "Customer Service" says all they can do it put a note on your ticket and send it to billing so the best bet is to send billing a email. Every time I send an email I get two things 1) an auto reply saying they received the message and someone will be in contact with me. 2) A message from someone in billing telling me to communicate through the original ticket. I've done everything they told me to do for the cancellation of my account and still can't get it resolved. However, they did manage to send me an email to update my billing info. LOL!!! Yeah.....right! They already got me once. Terrible company.....worst I ever dealt with. Nuff said!!!
