| Customer services of CTRLS is very scary. There online account managers use words like "SHIT" "ASSHOLE" to their customer. Here is my experience. I got a call from this number - 04040117728 regarding an inquiry that I made couple of weeks back. This person called himself to be a "Account Manager" for Ctrls, when used pretty strong language like - "Listen BOSS..DONT GIVE ME SHIT" and told me an "ASSHOLE". When I asked him how can be use such language to the customer, he said "YOU ARE NOT MY CUSTOMER". PLEASE STAY AWAY from this company Thanks VG |

| The HR Team in this organisation is very disgusting, they make candidates to wait for 3 hours before taking up the interviews. And follow their own stupid HR policy of doing Background verification of the candidate without releasing an offer letter or sending an intent letter to the candidate. Never seen such type of policies anywhere in any other company. |

| It goes down for hours. I would not suggest anyone to purchase this hosting.. It often goes down for hours... server becomes loaded very soon.. no good for a good business ... |

| i am not a direct client of ctrls. but our site admin use ctrls. it has a very bad 80% uptime. it goes down for hours |
