Multiple messages to tech support at Cyberpixels have gone unanswered. My website has been abruptly shut down, and I have no access to the Cpanel. It's amazing that they are still in business.

Cyberpixels needs to be sued. I will gladly do it, too. The only problem is I can't even get a response from anybody from that company. They gladly charged my card multiple times for domain renewal even though my domain was still down. I attempted to contact them through support service, chat, email, phone -- all of which were unmanned. I have to keep disputing the charges and changing my card number just to get away from this company. It's ridiculous. My website is already "terminate" according to their cpanel, and I no longer own the domain, yet they're still charging me every month for the hosting. They're a fraud, and I hope that karma gets them back.

1. Cyberpixels.com does not have bad service. They simply have no service. 2. They bill you - charge your credit card or Paypal account, but they do not deliver anything. 3. Webhosting - not given as promised. Domain name, not even registered (which turned out to be a good thing since you don't even get your plan anyway). 4. If you didn't pay via Paypal, you can forget about a refund. Based on all of the above reasons, I conclude that cyberpixels.com is conducting fraudulent activities in that they are collecting money for services not rendered. This is cheating. I'm very surprised the law enforcers have not closed them down/deleted the website, and put the entire company in jail. As long as the website is up, people will continue to subscribe to their services, which they will not, of course, actually receive.
