What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
Sorry, we do not have a moneyback guarantee. Depending on what services you are subscribing to, we have appropriate contracts that contain a resolution process for issues that arise during the term of your contract.
What is your average uptime?
Our contract guaranteees 99.7% uptime. We do have tracking and monitoring software in place.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We provide support free of charge during regular business hours (8-5 PST, Mon-Fri). We can assist in matters related to DNS, hosting, server issues and could provide some guidance with regards to web development but you are responsible for your own development. If required, we could contract to provide web development services but that would be determined by your needs.
Do you have any coupons or discounts?
We offer a small discount if you choose tot be billed annually rather than monthly, it works out to between 1 and 2 months of free service for web hosting plans.
What else can you tell about your company and services?
We are a small company with a history of providing high quality, personal service. Our infrastructure is redundant and our network is proven to be reliable (we rely on it ourselves :-). We are able to respond to our clients' needs as their business grows and have successfully implemented solutions not typically available in our marketplace.
