All our web hosting packages include basic hosting support, which is done via email and our support tickets system on our website. We also offer ad-hoc support, development and design (our hourly fees for this kind of work is £55/hour).

| E-noise are absolutely crap, they notified me that they are going to disable my website as it is running rogue scripts. I asked them to give me access to log in to unix or linux and run greps etc to find out where the problem is. This was friday night. Now on wednesday I have no website and they still haven't got back to me. There is no way to contact them. If something goes wrong - you're tucked. |
