What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
Our money back guarantees are listed on site. It only applies to hosting and reseller plan only. If you are not happy with our plan you can request money back within the first 30 days of sign up. This is full money back not like other host that only give you the unused service money back.
What is your average uptime?

Note: Those long downtime in there is due to server move only.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We offer only ticket support. Our average support response time is between 10 minutes to 10 hours. It depend on what type of developing you are asking. We may support you on that and may not. If it is script error and we don't know the error, we will not support you. We will ask you to get help from the script creator instead.

| After being with Fast Web Hosting for a year, I think it's fair to say I am happy with their service. One best thing is that they also accept adult content and their server have ffmpeg enable. Not a lot of server out there have this enable. You can host your own video site. Like me. Good features: 10/10 Nice uptime: 9.8/10 Friendly Support: 10/10 Great value for money: 10/10 |
