What is your average uptime?
Our uptime is 100% guarantee. I will be more than happy to send you the uptime report when you provide details on the server you are looking to setup.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We provide 24/7/365 person to person phone support and ticket based support as well. Response time is guaranteed at 2 Hrs if you were to open a ticket, but if it's urgent, you can always call. We don't get involved with website development, but we will be more than happy to install the different software needed on the server.
