However, we were not able to signup for free hosting plan with fortunecity.co.uk for days. No matter how many times we try, the same ugly error page with tons of advertisements comes on the screen and signup could not be finished. That's why we couldn't say anything more about service provided by fortunecity.co.uk, but you may want to try signing up yourself. Who knows, may be you will be lucky one?
