What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee from the day you setup your account. If you request a refund, we submit a request then your credit card company generally takes 24-48 hours to return your money.
What is your average uptime?
GearHost has retained its 100% SLA since it's effective date of January.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We have support agents tending the phones, tickets and chats from 6am-midnight Monday - Friday and 8am-5pm Saturday and Sunday. Our support agents check tickets around the clock and if within our business hours, the response time is within 15 minutes. We provide strictly website hosting but have many contacts nationally that can help with your website design. We provide support for setting up your website beyond that. Generally our extended support is billable at $60/hr but you are allotted support as a GearHost customer to an extent.
Do you have any coupons or discounts?
