What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
We will refund money upon request if it is for services that you have not received, like in the case of having a credit balance but decide you wish to move and host elsewhere. We would also refund in cases that any charges are made incorrectly although I can't remember the last time this has occurred.
What is your average uptime?
We do not have a status page. We have weekly uptime reports that show we are up usually 99% of the time or better. I hate to respond to this kind of question in such an unsubstantiated manner but the truth is, we have this adequately managed and we do not experience any significant issues in this regard and neither do our clients.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We provide technical support primarily directly through email. However, you can call us on the phone for questions that require more details and quick interaction. Basic support related to supporting those feature of the hosting services which are integral to the correct operation and functioning of the services we offer freely. Additional support, is provided at additional cost. Including, the design and development of data driven business oriented websites. We also have special business class servers that are for our clientèle with special hosting requirements. If you are interested in this we will need to prearrange a time to discuss this with you over the phone.
Do you have any coupons or discounts?
We offer a extremely good deal year round. So, we don't find the need to run special discounts.
What else can you tell about your company and services?
All of our hosting plans are on extremely robust servers with Raid 1 mirrored hard drives and daily backups. This is not the industry standard and is an important safety feature. (It is quite unusual in the low cost shared hosting industry.) Of course, they are all housed in one of the top hosting datacenters. The datacenter we chose is in Lansing, MI, far from hurricanes, tornadoes and almost every natural disaster area in the country.
We go out of our way to not oversell hosting resources. In particular, we try to undersell the most valuable resource that is the most difficult to manage and define, cpu. We deliberately under-load all of our servers so that all of our customer web sites perform well.
