| This company has used my credit card information (from previous payments I made) to make pre-authorized payments that i never agreed to. Not only that but they triple billed me for hosting services that I already paid for. When I inquired about this activity they took my site down and refuse to unlock the domain so that I can register with someone else. Don't go anywhere near these guys. |

| After years of no issue up time I had issues with General where my site suddenly quit working (right after they billed my card). I put in numerous service tickets and phone calls. I never got a response, no one ever picked up a phone. Switched to new provider and the site worked perfectly. Have been trying to get a refund to no avail. Beware of General Hosting. There's plenty of better providers, call customer service first. Stay away from General Hosting. |

| My site was suddenly not functioning. I submitted 5-6 help tickets and made several phone calls and got no response. Had to move to another provider. I am in the process of trying to get a refund for services not provided. No response ther either. They automaticaly rebill your creidt card. When choosing a hosting provider start by calling custoner service first. See who picks up the phone. I would not use this company |

| I have been trying to reach support from GeneralHosting to solve my urgent problem with the website and nobody ever replied to my numerous voice- and e-mails. It really looks like the business is run by just one guy who doesn't care too much about his clients. If you want a reliable and responsive service, stay away from General Hosting! |
