| I've had my site on GoDaddy for about five years. I have never had any real problems, but I do get annoyed at the constant efforts to upsell you any to market more services than you need. I would not say the support is horrible. When you are new and learning how to use the system, some of the reps are a bit snotty and impatient, but this has tended to get better over the time I've been with them. Maybe people have complained and they've addressed it. I did buy products that were a waste of money like the traffic builder and website tonight (both useless!). I am ready to try someone new. |

| I'm really despaired with the service of godadday.com They don't have fully configured server with useful extensions. Even don't look to add those extension in the shared hosting. The support is horrible as it's clumsy and misinterprets the problem even blaming the customer for that reason. Really wrong decision to take service from them. |

| tried a premium hosting package instead of renewing with a previos host, regretted it quickly. i find the hosting hard to use / very confusing. everything seems to be aimed at getting you to buy more products and i cant get any of my sites to load up correctly wheras i can without problems with other hosts. ive gone back to my original host and now have a heap of wasted space/money sitting there with godaddy. |

| Sales misrepresents their products. Unlimited hosting is not what the sales dept. says it is! You can only get an SSL certificate for the primary domain It took weeks and multiple calls to establish this. The support is horrible. No one ever seems to know anything. Do your homework before hosting here |

| Horrible support. Too much advertising. Pretty laggy uptime but no downtime. Horrible hosting. |
