What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
We offer a 30 day refund from the start of your first account. You may cancel at any time if we do not fit your needs. You may request the cancellation of your account through your client area, and then in the notes section request a refund.
What is your average uptime?

What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We provide support for your hosting account and any questions you may have relating to it. We do not provide webmaster services at this time. Average support times vary, but generally during business hours new tickets have a reply in under an hour. On the weekends or nights, we aim for under four hours. You may always come into live chat, however we handle all complex issues in a ticket format. Some more complex issues (PCI scan reports for example) can take a tad longer as they require further research and investigation.
Do you have any coupons or discounts?
Unfortunately not at this time.
What else can you tell about your company and services?
A better description can be found on our main website, but we are here for the long haul! We have been specializing in X-cart hosting for several years now, and are a major provider of PCI compliance hosting. We also specially configure our servers to handle E-commerce traffic, and have some of the lowest client per server ratio around. We are also able to move your current website from your old host over for free - hopefully your website comes back up soon!
