We offer a 30 money back guarantee. If you use it you'll need to put in the cancellation mention of the 30 day money back guarantee.
What is your average uptime?
We do not offer a page but we guarantee 99.9% and in most cases unless there was hardware failure most have nearly 100% uptime every month.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We do not offer programming support that's out of the scope of our support. Obviously if a page is not loading we'll take a look but if you say I want to create a site using PHP can you create it we're not going to be able to assist you. As for average response time about 30 minutes with some being much faster others being slower it really depends on the issue.

| Beware of hawkhost, they gladly are the host of a known child pornography imageboard (nuchan.org). I have reported them to all available authorities after they refused to remove the illegal content in question. |

| The support is non existent. They don't answer the phone or returns my calls. They haven't replied to most of my emails and I ssupect this ticketing system they have is bunk. Don't waste your money, find a host with true 24/7/365 support. These guys are simply not around. |

| Uptime is just great. I personally didn't experience downtime other than scheduled maintenance. I have been with this host for about 2 years now. I'm using a VPS plan. The speed is great! The support is extremely helpful! They reply to my question in time and they help me to find out the problems and solve it efficiently. I'm extremely happy that I chose this host 2 years ago and I will continue! |
