What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
I will refer this question to our billing department as I am in the technical support group.
What is your average uptime?
We do not track average up time, however, it's not unusual for our shared hosting servers to go many months without a reboot and when a reboot is required that only takes a few minutes.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We are on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year, available via telephone and email. Our response time varies from a few minutes to a few hours depending on the nature of the question. We do provide support regarding problems encountered when developing your web site, but we do not provide web site development services.
Do you have any coupons or discounts?
No, we do not provide coupons or discounts, no do we have any special bonus programs in effect at this time.
What else can you tell about your company and services?
One odd thing about our company... we (the support team) answer the telephone when you call. There is no voice tree or buttons to press. If you want to speak to someone in sales or marketing or accounting you have to come through technical support first.
