What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
I2k2 Networks will refund the monthly charges in case of its 4 Hour Hardware Replacement Warranty or 99.99% Network Uptime is not.
10% of monthly charges will be credited for every extra 4 Hours of downtime.
Maximum credit liability cannot go be greater than monthly service charges
i2k2 Networks is not liable of any direct or in-direct loss of business to the customer due to any un-expected downtime.
As per refund request is concerned you need to give us 15 days notice period in Shared hosting and 1 month for dedicated server hosting then we will be able to refund your rest of amount.
What is your average uptime?
In shared hosting you can’t check average uptime logs status at your end. If you want to know about average uptime for you website so you can contact with our support team and they will provide you the stats file with the same. But if you opt for Linux hosting so in Cpanel you can check the system downtime not for you website downtime.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We provide 24 x 7 x 365 with online support team , telephonic support, Email support. we will help you in migration and file transfer from your recent hosting provider but if you want some assistance in developing your website the charges would be extra and our development team will come into the picture.

If you really looking for a solid solution then go with i2k2 hosting solution. |

| Very poor company. I am also an ex employee of the company. Support team is very poor .You can just call the support team and ask them any technical questions. You will know the level of knowledge they have. I warn you before you select this company. You can get better prices else where. |

| i2k2 networks is one of the leading Hosting company in NCR. I am basically from Canada. I have take the dedicated server from i2k2 Networks and believe me after giving the order i got the SetUp within two days. I have never seen such type of Quick services. The support services are also good. I can say that i2k2 is the champion in web hosting services. |
