Hosting plans will automatically expire until a plan is renewed. In order to cancel service, you must contact ibee's Billing Team at accounts@ibeehosting.com with proper payment details and account details. Please be aware that there are no pro-rated refunds after the first 30 days of service. No refund is available for ibee Start Up/Reseller Accounts in the event of cancellation. ibee doest give any money back guarantee for all the services advertised through our website.
Cancellation requests must be received by ibee a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to the end of your Billing Cycle.

| They cheated me by putting taking money from me for www.chimbs.com (which is supposed to expire in Dec 2011). For the past 6 months, I have never seen the site up. I mailed them, opened tickets and did everything humanly possible. Lesson learned : pay a little extra but stay away from cheaters like these. I am thinking of going to the court when I get the time (which I dont have :() |

| i have hosted my site with ibee for almost 2 years. Their support team is useless team. They are not trained and the billing team is also worst. The sales team will be blackmailing by suspending the mail accounts and sending too many spam mails. |
