| I have been with ibuilt.net since it first started in 2004 and loved them til hear lately they do not respond to my emails nor return my calls. I use to be able to get a live person if there was a problem but now they are rude and speak over you when you call. This is a site that is way more expensive than many others but I did not want the hassle of moving but I will not let someone speak rude ongoing and pay them to be rude. Your changes in support is going to be your downfall ibuilt.net!!!!! |

| The functionality for the website builder is fine. The tech support is snarky, sarcastic and rude. I have been using this site for one month and will be finding another website builder. Not only is "Tom the owner", rude but he's unknowledgable. I called to see if there was a glitch in the google analytics html tracking code because mine disappeared and he was rambling on that I must have put it in a "wrong component". When I said it doesn't go in a component it goes on each page right before the closing </head> tag his reply was "if you know so much why are you calling". LOL see ya. I can pay $20.00 per month and at least be insulted by somebody smarter. |

| I have used ibuilt on more that one site build and they have performed great. Tech support is great in knowledge base and response time is ok. Would use again and recommend it to all new comers would like to see them listed when looking for ecommerce store search. Alot of others come up and they are not offering the complete package that ibuilt does. |
