What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
We offer a non-conditional money-back gurantee during the first 100 days of your purchase. This means that you can request your money back at any time during the first 100 days, and you will get a full refund of your payment. Note that this does not apply to your domain name registration fee, as it is non-refundable. Therefore, if you bought a hosting account + domain registration, we will deduct $10 from the fee we refund to you if you request your money back.

What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We offer support via our online ticketing system at www.suresupport.com. We also offer email support. Tickets are usually answered within less than 5 minutes, and we guarantee that you will always receive a response within 15 minutes. We do not offer phone support.
Our support covers assistance with using your hosting account Control Panel, configuring email programs, web design software, installing PHP/CGI scripts, accessing MySQL databases. We do not offer help with designing your website, as website design is not included in our services. However, we often go out of our way to help our customers with simple issues they have, such as simple errors that we can spot, etc.
