What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
Basically we host your websites on a month by month basis and if you were to leave early or start midway in a month your billing for that month would be prorated. We have no intention of keeping any funds that don’t belong t us.
What is your average uptime?
I pulled last weeks stats for you to view. We use a service called IPMonitor that alert 3 staff member’s phones if an issue arises. In addition to this if we did have a catastrophic failure all primary servers are mirrored and the data is backed up offsite daily.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We are a full service web company. We have experts in quite a few fields >> Graphic Design, Flash, ColdFusion, MySQL, MSSQL, PHP, Server Administration, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media, Pay Per Click etc… Just about anything to do with a website we have staff in-house that is knowledgeable and willing to assist you. Once you come on board with us you would be assigned to one of our account reps who will assist you with all your needs. We can help you develop your site from the ground up or simply makes edits along the way. As far as support is concerned – we request that you send in an email to support@icoastalnet.com with any website related request. Here the request is entered directly into our support que where it is then dished out to the appropriate expert in that area to take care of the request. According to the complexity or urgency of the situation – the turn around time can be from a few hours to 3 – 5 days. It just all depends.

I will be happy to offer you a multi site discount. Can you first provide me with the type of hosting you are looking for?

I’m glad you asked. I’m the owner of the company and I have built this business one block at a time since May of 1999. Over the past ten years we have grown to a team of 15 employees. The benefit of going with us is that you will get an email from a human being that truly understands your concerns and issues. We invite you to call or stop by our office anytime where someone is there and willing to help. We are a 9-5 M-F operation, but every client of ours has my cell number and I don’t want you to hesitate to call that number anytime you have an issue after hours. We are a stable company meaning that you don’t have to worry about what would happen to your website tomorrow when the high school kid that was working on your website goes off to college and yet we are small enough when you call you will be greeted by a friendly local voice.
