The only reason these aren't higher is because the machine which houses the database for this information was upgraded not so long ago. All service status information is clearly stated on this page, and we're only a phone call or email away should you have any queries or problems.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
Firstly, I'm not a sales person. Sales and support are housed together here ensuring that all responses get a quick reply (normally within the hour) and that the replies you receive have a degree of competence about them :)
We provide general support regardless of the query. If this means help debugging scripts for example, then yes we will help to a degree.
Obviously we can't develop your site for you, but we will be available should you have any queries relating to the content you house with us.
Do you have any coupons or discounts?
We believe in a policy of simplicity and this is outlined in all control panels and website with the slogan ".simple". We stay clear of short term gimmicks.

Everything you see on our website, including the control panels, has been designed and developed entirely in-house over the past 8 years.
All support is housed in the UK (Croydon, Surrey). We pride ourselves on the highest level of support and uptime and refuse to make comprises which may sacrifice the quality of the service we provide.
The market is filled with companies who piggy back off other
companies, or have very limited control over their servers or control panels owing to the fact they didn't develop them. This can ultimately lead to severe problems if they develop a fault.
