What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
We generally don't offer a moneyback guarantee because once we go through the process of verifying a new account, adding it, and allowing service to begin, we've already invested significant time and resources. I can tell you that we've been around since 1999 and we still have customers that have been with us since 1999.
What is your average uptime?
Our usual uptime averages around 200 days. The only time we generally reboot machines is for necessary security upgrades.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
You can call and email, as well as IRC. We're one of the few providers who actually answers the telephone which is great. Depending on what you need help with as far as your web site, we can try to assist.
Do you have any coupons or discounts?
We offer discounts for pre-payment (see our web site).
What else can you tell about your company and services?
Again, we've been around since 1999 (before the "dot com" bubble burst) and we're still here - that in itself is a rarity. Our members are very happy and we strive to provide customer CARE, not customer service. Let me know if you have any other questions.
