| @Noel Same issue here. Only 4 out of the 5 accounts I was running were hacked. They DO NOT RESPOND to support tickets and have massive downtime for days at a time with no explanation for why. I lost everyone one of my customers. We moved to resellerzoom |

| Huh in a nut they are SHIT! I have had nothing but issues with then, I still have open support tickets form Jan. They are down again 48 hrs all of my sites have been off line [around 20] and as you can guess this is making people very happy with me. Hackers love these guys they just don't care about it! at one stage I had 14 out of 15 of my site taken down by two hackers [one took down 1 the other took down 13] and this is all at the same time. How could someone i.e hacker take down 13 out of 15 sites that a person has on their account unless they are hacking into Jkookserv main system!! So if they cannot provide or care about protect their own systems with top quality secuirty how much do you thing they care about our systems???. |

| Avoid I bought hosting through a reseller of Jkookserve and all my sites have vanished? The reseller has tried to find out whats happened but can't get a reply from jkookseve. I tried emailing them myself but no reply. I got a message from namesco that one of my URLS was being used for phishing so it looks like there is something wrong with jkookserves security. I would like to move my sites but there is no access to my files. |

| from three days Jkookserv is off, and all my sites are down all my clients are yelling at me, where i go and to whom i tell about solove this issue. i am very disappointed. |

| HORRIBLE Service! What uptime??? jkookserv.com has more DOWNTIME than up which in turn as a reseller means my site and ALL of my client sites are DOWN! After 3 months of frustrating downtime I left jkookserv.com for more reliable services...even at a higher price! STAY AWAY FROM jkookserv.com unless you don't care that your site(s) are DOWN frequently without any warning or explaination. |
