| They LIE!!!! Jodohost average uptime is NOWHERE NEAR 99.9%. Even as I write this my sites are down. JodoHost did get their own site back up pronto, but customer sites have been down for 2 hours at this point. Just to add some objective data to this, I started monitoring my sites with a third-party quite some time ago. Uptime hovers around 98%. When they are down, getting any info on ETA for fix is impossible. NO COMMUNICATEION anywhere. Their phone goes busy, thy shut off support chat, and they don't have a "current outages" page to track progress of fixing. In short, they are a "bargain" hosting company, and you better either have a backup for anything critical or be prepared for (and OK with) site outages. |

| Jodohost - BAD !! I have been with Jodohost for several years with a Reseller account. Very frustrating. They have an Indian support crew that lacks knowledge and lacks the ability to simply comprehend. Resolving problems such as email not running can take an lot of time. Moreover while their Home page show quickly, their Management Console is SLOW as a wet week and very frustrating. You simply cannot sit there and wait for 3 minutes for a page to display. They also claim they send invoices and reminders. Every so often something happens at their and and while they think they have been sent, they are not received. They will also Suspend your account if more than 7 days late in payment - for $17.50 - rather than sending a reminder email. Simply unacceptable after 5 years of being a client. |

| I've been with JodoHost for 7+ years and am hosting quite a few websites with them. They are the BEST host I have ever found.....and believe me I tried plenty of others before I found JodoHost!
