What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee from the date or order (I’m sure it won’t come to expediting that though)
What is your average uptime?
The average uptime is around 99.99%, there can be connectivity/network issues from time to time but there are rare and down to the global network carriers.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We offer phone, chat, email and ticket support. The ticket support has an SLA with urgent tickets replied to within 15 minutes 24x7 and is our preferred method of help, as we all have visibility of the problems and can track and keep historically. We can provide development assistance and we have a Priority Support Department but this service is chargeable as it’s not web hosting support.
Do you have any coupons or discounts?
The current offer has a free domain name (pay yearly), website submission to the search engines and back links, all these services cost more than the hosting J
