Money back guarantees are not a common thing but if there is true justification for it, we can cater for such a thing. It just depends on the circumstance.
What is your average uptime?
As you would have noticed on our website, we have a 99.9% uptime. We have various servers and they all have been up since our last upgrade which was 72 days ago. Upgrades are uncommon and only incur a very short time of downtime for each server.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
Our support is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Most responses are within our designated time of 8 hour turn-over. In regards to web-design, we have a site building system called Site-O-Matic which can be used to build web pages based on one of our professionally designed templates. Alternatively, you can create pages with software
such as FrontPage or Dreamweaver and upload their pages with those packages. We still provide support thorough our 'Web Support Wizard' and our staff.
