| I have been using Kattare for two websites since 2005. They are the best host I have ever used. There technical support is excellent! They are easy to contact and willing to help. They have helped with many custom requests including PCI compliance. |

| We use a dedicated server with them, hosting a Java application. They are very, very stable. The best provider I have seen in a long term, and I have seen many... Check out http://news.netcraft.com/archives/2011/11/01/most-reliable-hosting-company-sites-in-october-2011.html. They get ranked very high very regulary. |

| I am absolutely amazed by the other two reviews on this site and can only conclude that they only review a business when they are unhappy. I found this site as I wanted to give Kattare the accolades they deserve. They have hosted my website for nearly three years in a mixed php/java environment. We have had only two significant outages in the 3 years, and in both cases I was able to reach support quickly and find out what the issue was, and it was quickly resolved. When I cannot reach someone when their offices are closed, I will call the emergency number (when truly needed). In every case someone either answers, or gets back to me within an hour or two (yes, they do not have true 24x7 phone support, but they are on a Linux platform - things seldom go wrong!). Once you reach someone, their service is truly incredible. I am not a programmer, nor do I have a website administrator on staff. Kattare will go out of their way to work through issues with me, including changing my code to close security vulnerabilities when needed. They are never condescending, and will take the time to answer questions when clarification is needed. Having been responsible for several web sites before, their service is the best I have ever experienced. As the COO, it is the best spent $39 a month I have ever authorized. | I work for Kattare. Quick response to the onlycy.com fellow. We do not support cpanel, he demanded it. The Customer is always right. We install cpanel. Customer doesn't know how to use cpanel... we try to help as best we can, but customer is Greek, doesn't speak very good english, and the technicalities of why some of what he wanted to do in cpanel wasn't possible were nearly impossible to explain with the language barrier. Bottom line, we tried, very, very hard to please him, as we do everyone, and we couldn't do it. I do wish him the best of luck with his next hosting endeavour. |

| we bought a dedicated server from kattare..their support is not existent...They are not helpful and they dont answer the tickets within the same day...We were receiving server errors and they could not guide us in relation to getting the errors fixed. They hanged up the phone when we were asking for assistance and they had bad attitude... We finally asked a refund because they could not host more than one website in a dedicated server bought at 300 dollards... Very bad attitude...Stay away from them... when you have a problem, you will receive an answer 3-4 days later...You have been warned... |

| Their hosting servers are down for everyone today, and calling their support line only gets you a fast busy. They should not be used for businesses that need to be up 100% of the time. Also, emails are answered sometimes 24 hours after the fact, even for inquiries about outages. |
