There is really no money back guarantee, but if you feel strongly enough you deserve one we are not opposed to giving one.
What is your average uptime?
You can google us, there are many pages out there that state our uptime its usually more than 99 percent.

What is your support response time and what does it cover?
Usually support is around 1 hours (not outsourced). We provide basic support, if your services are running then thats where we stop. If you need help with programming we can work with on (php, ruby, java etc) on an hourly or project based rate.

What else can you tell about your company and services?
Well the company was started 2.5 years ago and has been running since. The unique part is we don't oversell our services, so what you get is what you pay for. I am not really a sales person so I am not going to go in to why you should part take in KEVWORKS or not :). KEVWORKS is solely in business to make lives easier not difficult. But mainly we shine on the virtual and dedicated servers.
