What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
What is your average uptime?
Our average uptime is at least 99.9%. We generally have scheduled outages for patch and update management for our servers. This downtime is generally less than 10 minutes per month.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We have live technical support Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific as well as email support as well. We would offer basic support but can assist in website design for a hourly rate if needed.

We've been in business since 1995 and have been offering website hosting for the last 14 years on both Windows and Linux-based servers. We own our own data center and building here in Livermore CA and are cash-flow positive.
