| Despite offering 99% uptime and smooth service LCN have consistently failed on the following counts: * never notify of planned downtime * never respond to email * impossible to contact by phone or live response * continual drop out of service, if its not hosting its email * in the last three months have dumped previously received emails (7,000+) on me three times at least for no reason * despite the threat of legal action have never yet responded to my emails or phone calls It is not unoticed that despite the numerous down time on our various site - the LCN web site never seems to experience down time at all. Why can we customers have the same experience. Associates of ours have had rapid response from customer service only when they have twittered their experiences, LCN are concerned about their image but not their customers. WE shall move our 6 sites within the next few months and recommend all LCN customers do the same. |

| Have used Telivo for a few years without any problems. LCN took over and have nothing but trouble wished Telivo had stayed as they were! I run my own business and dont have time to be chasing up the continual problems we are having |
